First Post

This is my first blog entry. Despite the name of this blog, I cannot guarantee that I will post every day...but I will certainly attempt to. My plan for this blog is to share my various (and sometimes random) thoughts and observations concerning life, politics, economics, and a whole lot more. I do not pretend to be an expert voice on anything, but I like to think of myself as someone who has taken an intellectual interest in many things. For that reason, I have decided to write my thoughts down for all (or none) to read. So, please, enjoy my posts...disagree with my posts...tear my posts into pieces. I encourage your comments and will try to respond to as many as I can.
